Back Bay offers excellent access to multiple rapid transit lines, including several Green Line branches and the Orange Line, plus about ten nearby bus routes, making public transportation very convenient. The neighborhood features extensive cycling infrastructure with relatively flat terrain and convenient bike share stations. Residents have easy access to both public and private schools, as well as numerous grocery stores and more than 150 restaurants alongside approximately 20 cafes, especially concentrated on Newbury Street. The vibrant atmosphere includes many entertainment venues and nighttime options, complemented by about ten well-maintained parks such as Commonwealth Ave Mall, creating inviting green spaces throughout the area.

Numerous entertainment venues can be found nearby, the streets are almost always busy with people, and with its approximately 20 nightlife venues, there are options for nighttime activities. Boylston Street in particular offers a great variety of bars. There are around 10 public green spaces nearby for residents to explore, like Commonwealth Mall, and they are especially well-distributed, which makes them very easy to reach.
